Renovated three floors into offices for Eagle Village Foundation, University of Mary Washington Relations Office, University of Mary Washington CBAI & A Office, University of Mary Washington EDC Offices, and FRA Offices & ELS Offices.

AdvanTech (Maggie L. Walker Business & Technology Center)- Richmond, Virginia

30,000 sf renovation of an eight-story ride office building in downtown Richmond. Renovation included a complete re-vamp of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system, along with the installation of a new wet sprinkler system. Architectural renovation included re-establishment of fire-rated wallpaper, carpet, elevator upgrade, and ADA upgrades. Retrofit included a state-of-the-art communication system for the first business incubator in Richmond, Virginia.

Riverside Business Center- Fredericksburg, Virginia

Renovation of an old Pepsi plant (20,000 sf) into a multi-tenant building. Complete new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Established 2 2-hour fire separation to avoid installing a wet Sprinkler system. Tenants include: Lincare, Mastifftel, Weadon Photo, Catholic Charities, Aquia Counseling, Riverside Chiropractor, Professional counseling, and an executive office suite. 

Ford Tractor Sales Office- Ashland, Virginia

Converted a 12,000 sf tractor sales floor into 4 condominium office suites for retail and office use. MEP design and build includes separate utilities to each suite and MEP vanilla shell work.
