Goodman Seagar Hogan/Monroe Construction Management: Vice President & General Manager
Designed/built and negotiated office and retail build-outs in Virginia and North Carolina. Volume included over 1.5 million SF of tenant office space build-outs and over 1 million SF of retail build-outs.
Lendorff Management: Project Cost and Schedule Manager
Renovation of Tyson’s Corner Mall into two levels and the addition of the first eastern Nordstrom. The company’s yearly volume was $168 million.
